El Tango Club at the ETS Festivalito with Juan Martin Carrara and Stefania Collina

Friday, 30th June. 8pm-1am -  Dj Anto Cosi

Anto started DJing in 2008 and regularly DJs in different locations across the UK and Europe. She is also the resident DJ for the Edinburgh Tango Society. DJ Anto plays traditional music - from the late twenties' to the Golden age of Tango - mid thirties to the early fifties. She believes the Tango DJ is an entertainer, not an educator. Although she like to sometimes surprise her audience with beautifully danceable gems, the dancers can always rely on a selection solidly based on the traditional repertoire. Amongst her favourite orchestras are D'Arienzo, Di Sarli and Troilo.

Venue: Venue: Cafe Camino - Cafe Area - 1 Little King Street, Edinburgh EH1 3JR.

Saturday, 1st July. 8:30pm-1am - Dj Lynn Collins

Lynn Collins delights in seeing the music reflected in the moves and embraces of the dancers on the floor.
The Golden Age is her main focus, with a few gems from the late twenties and early fifties to add intrigue and flavour.
She DJs nationally and internationally and loves the challenge of creating an energetic flow to lift hearts and spark the senses from first tanda to last.

Venue: Cafe Camino - Main Hall - 1 Little King Street, Edinburgh EH1 3JR.

Sunday, 2nd July - 8pm-11pm - Dj Thomas Meyer

Tom began his DJ life in Edinburgh. He plays traditional music, mostly from the Golden Age. His inspiration has been taken from the wide variety of DJs he’s heard from across the UK, Europe, and Buenos Aires, from which he has developed his own style and approach. His aim is to develop an energy and feeling in the milonga, that makes people want to dance, and to share in a musical journey for an evening or afternoon.

Venue: Cafe Camino - Cafe Area - 1 Little King Street, Edinburgh EH1 3JR.
